· SharePoint administrator with experience in Workflows, Web Parts, Apps and Visual Studio
· Experience with MS SQL Server in support of a SharePoint environment
· Experience with large scale COTS application support
· Installation, maintenance and patching of SharePoint
· SharePoint tuning and implementation of best practices
· Ability to design, code and debug new functionality in SharePoint
· Establish, document and test SharePoint and COTS application DR plans
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
III. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· SharePoint Administration experience
· Experience creating workflows
· Knowledge of Visual Studio
· Understanding of Windows Security
· Understanding of Server Farms
· Basic networking experience
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Ensuring compliance with vendor license agreements
· Development and testing of Disaster Recovery Plans
· Self-starter who is able to work independently
· A team player who enjoys supporting all team members

V. EXPERIENCE MINIMUM
