Server-side Systems Advanced Developer Technology

Position Summary:
Client is looking for an experienced .NET (C#) developer to deliver server-side applications within an established application ecosystem. This person will design, develop and support systems that process mission critical order flow and/or risk systems. As part of the Application Development team the developer will have direct interaction with business and technical stakeholders and will participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle. By crafting solutions that integrate with existing and new application and operational architectures, this developer will produce well-tested and successful business solutions. Client’s application portfolio includes a wide range of components from order entry systems, an order management system, exchange-facing adapters, market data processors, risk systems, web- based portal applications and mobile applications.
Experience with designing and developing server-side C# applications is central to this position. Exposure to multiple stages of the software development lifecycle is important; in-depth experiences desired but not required.
This role does not require extensive business knowledge, but financial experience would be a plus in the evaluation process.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing technical and functional requirements for new applications
- Designing and delivering server-side C# applications to support order and/or middle
office transactional flow
- Designing, developing, and delivering new web-based applications
- Ensuring that solutions meet performance requirements
- Integrating solutions with the existing fabric of Client’s application architecture and
adhering to development standards
- Identifying ways to improve designs and solutions using appropriate techniques or
technologies
- Supporting and enhancing production applications
- Interacting with business analysts and developers at all points in the SDLC
- Serving as the architect and lead developer for Client’s Auto-Hedge systems development


Qualifications: Education
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant significant industry experience
Technical:
• Solid development experience with C#, MVC, Windows services and/or WebAPI
• Exposure to automated unit testing frameworks, code coverage tools, continuous
integration products and dependency injection concepts strongly desired
• Basic knowledge of SQL, ideally Microsoft SQL Server
• Good understanding of user interface design (UI), user experience design (UX) and
responsive web design - a portfolio of web applications is required.
• Demonstrated ability to develop message-oriented server applications using a
framework such as ActiveMQ, MSMQ, SonicMQ
• Working knowledge of FIX protocols or market data distribution desired
• Solid working experience with building and debugging multithreaded applications along
with mastery of .NET synchronization primitives.
• Desired but not required:
o Experience with automated testing of client-side components o Mobile development w/Sencha Touch
o Some experience with PHP
Design:
• Active participant in the requirements gathering phase
• Able to translate requirements into designs and solutions
• Integrate solutions with a framework of common service applications such as centralized
logging, performance statistics capturing, and automated deployment tools
• Expressed interest in researching, presenting and applying new technology-specific
approaches and patterns
Business:
Specific business knowledge is not required for the candidate that meets the above technical prerequisites (but is an advantage if the candidate has both). This position will afford exposure to:
• Financial trading industry experience, specifically Futures and Options
• Detailed knowledge of Order/Trade life cycle

Our client is seeking an IT Business Analyst who be responsible for driving the elicitation and documentation of system requirements for CRM applications. The role will also provide appropriate guidelines to the operations and IT teams to facilitate the proper implementation of each program.  

 Key responsibilities for Both Roles:
·         Analyze, evaluate and document business processes
·         Elicit business requirements using interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis
·         Interpret customer business needs and translate them into business/functional requirements
·         Work closely with business unit stakeholders and Information Technology developers in the preparation of detailed requirements in the form of Agile methodology user stories
·         Translate application developer technical questions for business unit stakeholders and return answers in the form of additional, new or revised user stories/requirements
·         Collaborate with business, IT, quality assurance and external program and IT teams to identify root cause and resolution of issues
·         Analyze and troubleshoot data issues relative to process and application design

·         3 plus years’ experience in analysis or development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
·         Demonstrated technical ability combined with the ability to work in a collaborative environment with end-users, clients, and other members of the software development and implementation teams
·         Advanced  MS Office products particularly Excel, Visio and SharePoint
·         Ability to effectively manage and negotiate multiple priorities and deliverables within an entrepreneurial work setting
·         Experience working in an Agile project environment
·         Experience with energy efficiency and renewable energy program portfolios a plus
·         Working knowledge of SQL query execution and XML preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:
 • Work with high profile customer accounts on product related consulting services
 • Provide deployment and configuration for  suite of products 
• Integrate and automate CLINET'S security solution with other security products in the customer’s network
 • Create SOC -Standard Operating Procedures around FireEye suite products including incident response, IOC sweeping, forensic analysis, disaster recovery, workflow and process diagrams.
 • Develop custom reports/dashboards and other custom configurations / use cases for CLIENT'S  suite of products within the customer’s environment 
• Support regional sales staff on in-depth technical consulting services 
• Walk customers through CLIENT’s suite of security response information with the capability to understand and locate the indicators of compromise 
• Help determine the extent of a compromise including attributes of any malware and identification of data that was possibly ex-filtrated 
 • Maintain current knowledge of tools and best-practices in advanced persistent threats; including tools, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) of attackers and for forensics and incident response Requirements: 
• 5+ years in a security consulting environment • 3 to 5 years’ experience in network security appliance deployment and architectures. 
• Must be willing to travel up to 70% • Should have SOC Consulting experience with the SIEM product line, highly desired 
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. • Understanding of Network Protocols and security infrastructure (proxies, firewalls, email filtering technologies, and network intrusion detection systems) 
• Current knowledge of security threats, solutions, security tools and network technologies 
• Experience conducting analysis of electronic media, packet captures, log data, and network devices in support of intrusion analysis or enterprise-level information security operations 
• Excellent knowledge of security solutions and technologies, including: Linux based tools, network and endpoint solution architecture/implementation/configuration
