We can do C2C or w2 – Prefer USC/GC but will take H1s who are local.
Pay Rate : $65/hr on C2C or 60/hr on w2;
Our client is seeking an IT Business Analyst who be responsible for driving the elicitation and documentation of system requirements for CRM applications. The role will also provide appropriate guidelines to the operations and IT teams to facilitate the proper implementation of each program.
Key responsibilities for Both Roles:
· Analyze, evaluate and document business processes
· Elicit business requirements using interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis
· Interpret customer business needs and translate them into business/functional requirements
· Work closely with business unit stakeholders and Information Technology developers in the preparation of detailed requirements in the form of Agile methodology user stories
· Translate application developer technical questions for business unit stakeholders and return answers in the form of additional, new or revised user stories/requirements
· Collaborate with business, IT, quality assurance and external program and IT teams to identify root cause and resolution of issues
· Analyze and troubleshoot data issues relative to process and application design
· Plan and manage user acceptance testing of the software system
· Develop user guides and training material, and facilitate end-user training sessions

POSITION 1: IT Business Analyst - CRM

Location: Woodbridge, NJ

| · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field of study or 3-5 years’ applicable equivalent work experience · 7 plus years’ experience with elicitation and documentation of business and functional requirements for web based applications · 7 plus years’ experience, demonstrated skill or proven aptitude in business process evaluation and/or development · 3 plus years’ experience in analysis or development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions · Demonstrated technical ability combined with the ability to work in a collaborative environment with end-users, clients, and other members of the software development and implementation teams · Advanced MS Office products particularly Excel, Visio and SharePoint · Ability to effectively manage and negotiate multiple priorities and deliverables within an entrepreneurial work setting · Experience working in an Agile project environment · Experience with energy efficiency and renewable energy program portfolios a plus · Working knowledge of SQL query execution and XML preferred, but not required |
POSITION 2: IT Business Analyst

Requirements
