Python Developer (Mid Level)
Client : Financial
Location: Newark, NJ
Type : 12+ months contract
Key Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years as Software developer working with Python, SQL, RDBMS, Pandas, Numpy
- Experience delivering high quality, fully tested Solutions in controlled environment
- Experience working on BigData: Preferably cassandra
- Source Control: GIT
- Agile environment
- Ability to understand Infrastructure Architecture
- Able to work independently; Problem solving skills,
Additionally desired :
- Experience in Solr, Spark
- C++, CUDA, Quantlib
- Integrating Solution with EXCEL
- Finance
Responsibility will include:
Produce clean and efficient code
Write automated test for existing and new functionality
Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
Refractor/ fix/ enhance existing codes
Collaborate with end user to understand and gather their business requirements and develop solutions
