requirement with an advertising agency client of mine:
Location : NYC, Midtown Manhattan,
Immediate interview and start, and their client project is
for Wall Street Journal.
Duration : 6-7 month project onsite
Please note : DotNet Nuke is no more important, Immediate interview
Rate : 500-650/- a day
POSITION: Technical Team Lead / Architect who is analytical
and can envision and help build the future technical architecture for a global
suite of products designed for students. At the same time this person must be
able to be a hands on developer as needed and be an expert in VB Basic, C#,
MySQL and Dot Net Nuke Content Management Systems. Strong working
knowledge of DNN, Google apps / analytics as well as other social media
integration best practices. Mobile experience a plus.

- Acts as a solutions architect to provide consensus based
enterprise solutions that are scalable, adaptable and sustainable with ever
changing business needs.
- Recommends design efficiencies, social and other tool
integration, process simplification and helps carry out the vision of the
client.
-Serve as the technical consultant on functional design to
both the internal team and the client. Provide technical design deliverables.
Oversee production implementation, with a team located overseas.
- Develops software development and enterprise architecture standards and policies that promote shared services, infrastructure, applications, and service-oriented architecture [SOA], to optimize reusability and improve information integration and system interoperability.
- Reviews and oversees projects to embed architectural standards and practice.
- Performs complex analysis and design of software applications and architecture including estimating, planning, scheduling, and coordination of agile projects.
- Develops software development and enterprise architecture standards and policies that promote shared services, infrastructure, applications, and service-oriented architecture [SOA], to optimize reusability and improve information integration and system interoperability.
- Reviews and oversees projects to embed architectural standards and practice.
- Performs complex analysis and design of software applications and architecture including estimating, planning, scheduling, and coordination of agile projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong understanding the SDLC with an emphasis on agile
methodologies.
Must have led, at a minimum, three CMS implementations.
Over five years’ experience with Microsoft developer suite;
candidates with DNN experience strongly preferred.
Over three years as a technical team lead/architect including
oversight of a remotely located teams.
Strong communication skills: presentation, verbal and writing
including translating technical matters with those less technically inclined.
Local candidates only – must be able to work on site at least
50%.
